We worked with Dr. Bobby Fisher in Mequon, WI to build and design his new office. After his office had been open for a month, we asked what he had experienced professionally and financially since opening his new space. Here’s a summary of his thoughts.

More High End Clients

Within the first week his new office was open, Dr. Fisher received calls from a lawyer, an ER doctor, and a top salesman for a local company. New clients of this caliber had been hit or miss at his old location. When the ER doctor visited his new office, he said “Wow, congratulations!” The patient was complimentary of the design and immaculate space.

Dr. Fisher also was able to get the regional manager for a large bank chain to visit his new office. He had been trying to get her to take her children to his office for two years, with no luck. Two weeks after he opened his new office space she brought them in, and has seen him on a regular basis herself as well.

Gained Respect

The new space garnered more respect from his clients as well. Dr. Fisher said that “they weren’t second guessing anything I was saying – they respected us as a company and trusted us more.” When clients came to see him, they would say “Wow!” One of his patients said “you didn’t move up one step, you moved up nine steps.”

Dr. Fisher felt more personal confidence when speaking to his patients too. He compared it to dressing for how successful you want to be; that your office should be designed in the same way for the success and image you want to present.
